How Alleviate Poverty through Vocational Training
At Omachi Grace Foundation, we believe that providing practical, in-demand skills is one of the most effective ways to alleviate poverty. Our vocational training programs focus on equipping individuals with the skills they need to earn sustainable incomes and become financially independent.
Key Activities:
Training Programs: We offer vocational training in areas such as tailoring, catering, and make-up artistry. These programs are designed to help individuals, especially women and young people, develop marketable skills that can be immediately put to use in their communities.
Entrepreneurship Support: After completing our vocational training programs, participants receive ongoing support to help them start their own businesses. We provide access to small grants, micro-loans, and business mentorship to ensure that trainees have the resources they need to succeed.
Job Placement Assistance: We partner with local businesses and organizations to provide job placement opportunities for program graduates. This ensures that our trainees have access to stable employment once they’ve completed their training.
Ongoing Monitoring: We track the progress of our program participants and provide ongoing guidance to ensure they continue to thrive long after completing their vocational training.
